With Guest Candy Briones Artist and Creator of Taco El Gato
Candy Briones is a freaking awesome Cartoonist who was born to draw and raised to follow her dream. Graduating from ELACs Animation department, Candy has worked as a caricature artist at several theme parks around California. All while following her passion and working as a freelance artist on several animation projects and including on her own personal comic book series ‘Taco El Gato’.
Drawing inspiration from 90s cartoons and a cat that as a child once befriended Candy in real life. Taco El Gato follows Taco a cat who is into cryptozoology and digs on lava lamps and makes tacos out of thin air.
Her imagination and her love for cartoons in the pages characters she draws.
Candy as been at the comic game she has even been in included in panels at several conventions. While daunting she keeps going with that winning persona and can-do attitude, there is nothing that Candy cant do.
Candy’s latest project is a Fantasy Adventure book by the name of The Good, The Bad, and The Bunny. An original video game concept that Candy thought up but has put into fruition into a webtoons comic. This follows the exploits of one Bernabie bunny who is out to save his bunny friends and an entire kingdom by finding 3 chosen warriors that well … you have to read to find out.
